Thanks to the Covid-19 pandemic, work from Home is a reality and at AJA you can work from Anywhere (WFA). Yes, from anywhere!

Though we are established in Mumbai, our team members work from remote place throughout the country. With internet and appropriate infra we are all connected virtually. It also enables us to pool talent from throughout the country and mitigate any sort of travelling concerns. And we are all aware lesser commute time means more self-time and higher productivity at work.

Now, team members can adjust their daily schedule to account for doctors’ appointments, working from native places, quality time with family, and other daily chores which we never had time for. WFA is boon more specifically for female team members who can now spread out the household work throughout the day.

To work with us, you need not travel to Mumbai, be in any part of the country and still work with us.
